Vendors are invited to participate in the 2023 Klamath Basin Potato Festival. This year is the 86th  year with the theme “Potatoes, Our Life, Our Legacy”. The committee is planning an all-outdoor and indoor celebration and is offering you the availability to join us. The Festival will be for two days on October 20th and 21st 2023 at the Merrill Park Civic Center. Vendors may set up Thursday, Oct 19th, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 pm.  No electricity will be available, unless near an outlet.  Please send in your applications to participate in this year’s event.

Current prices and space sizes are indicated. If you need a different outdoor space, call for size and price options. Vendors reserve your spaces quickly, outdoor spaces will fill up quickly!

Food vendors MUST contact the Klamath County Public Health Dept. Food Safety Program at 541-883-1122 or 800-426-9761 well before the Potato Festival to verify food handling permit requirements.

All vendors need to have their own insurance to cover their activities. Please bring your own display tables, none will be provided.
